Installation And Commissioning of Peanut Decorticator Machine:
(i) Installation requirements
1, in accordance with figure 1 the machine is installed smoothly on the flat ground, and reliable fixed, grounding wire to be connected deep buried. Installation of ancillary environmental protection facilities see attached drawings.
2, according to the requirements of the installation of motor, triangular tape, and adjust the triangular tape tightness, (see Figure 2), the installation of a fixed security cover.

(ii) Commissioning
1, to determine the direction of the motor operation and direction of the same, correct after the "Operation Method" of the first boot sequence to start separately. After 5 minutes of empty operation, there is no abnormal condition before the work can be carried out.
2, prepare the processed materials, look at peanut varieties and peanut size, adjust the appropriate cage-gate processing, to ensure that the crushing rate of peanut is low, or the crushing rate increases.
3, first take a small amount of peanut fruit with peanuts to peel the shell machine for trial stripping, to see all kinds of situations, to determine whether the choice of cage grid is correct. Peel the shell system, such as the occurrence of peanuts and peanut fruit mixed at the same time outflow, should be stopped at the end of the swing rod at the mouth to improve properly.
